Welcome to Online Registration

Registering online is easy and quick!
Just follow these simple steps:

After clicking the Register Now button to the right, you'll be asked to create a member account if you don't already have one. Simply click the Create a new Bonzi Account tab when asked to log in to the registration system.
After you create your new member account, you'll need to fill out the parent/guardian form with your family information.
Choose the age group for your player, then fill out the player information. After you fill out the player form and click Next, you'll be asked if you want to add more players or to finish registration and pay.
After you've filled in your parent and player information, you'll see your total fees and can choose to pay by debit or credit card online.
Note: No credit card information is EVER stored on our computers and all information is encrypted for your security.

How To Register Online With NSYFA




  • Returning player/Family sign in to Bonzi account
    • New player/family Create a new Bonzi Account with email address and password that you will reuse year to year.
  • Input or verify (for returning player/family) Parent/Guardian 1 information
    • Name, address, phone number, and email address (all required)
    • Input Parent/Guardian 2 information if applicable.
    • Select-“Continue to register player”
  • Select a player (returning player)
    • Select “Add registration for player”
  • Select -FLAG or TACKLE
    • Select -“Continue to player information”.
  • Fill out ALL boxes for participants information.
    • You must be able to verify birthdate if requested during registration and/or regular season.
    • “Grade” entered NEEDS to be the grade level that the player will be in September 2017. NOT current grade level.
    • The opportunity to donate any dollar amount to the program to help support another player is an option and the amount will be added directly to your total fees.
    • Must select -“Yes, I have read the Concussion Compliance Law”. If you are unable to view the download, NSYFA can get you a paper copy upon request.
    • Emergency Contact should be someone other than the parent/guardian. The parents/guardians will always be the first ones contacted in case of an emergency. This is in case the parents/guardians can NOT be reached.
    • Insurance Provider (medical insurance) required
      • Name of insurance company, Group number, policy number (they may be the same number. If you only have one number, enter it into both boxes.)
      • Allergies/ Medical concerns- If your player has none than you must type “NONE” in the box.
    • Select- “Continue to Waivers”
  • Contract waiver- Read and select- “I acknowledge reading the information provided and (where applicable) agree to the published waiver”.
    • Select- “Next waiver”
  • Photo/Video Release form- Read and select- “I acknowledge reading the information provided and (where applicable) agree to the published waiver”.
    • Select- “Next waiver”
  • Select- Continue registration or Add registration for another player (will create a total of registration fees for entire family)
  • Registration Payment Summary for player/family
  • Payment Plan is a Debit/Credit card only option. It will take an initial payment of $50 and split the remaining balance up in to 2 additional payments to be auto withdrawn on June 1st and July 1st There is an additional $10 monthly service charge for each of the 2 payments on this option. (total cost for tackle would then be $195 if using payment plan)
    • If you would like to pay your player fees in total by debit/credit card or check, Select- “No, I do Not want to sign up for the payment plan. (If you need to set up a cash or check payment plan, you MUST speak with Mollie Beleciks at or Natasha Turner-Ibabao at to make arrangements)
    • Select- “continue to payment method”
  • Select- Check or Debit/Credit card
    • If selecting Check, the mailing address will be on the following screen once you confirm your registration.

  • Verify Billing information.
  • Select- “Confirm Registration”
  • Your registration forms will be emailed to you. They are specific to each player and will need to be printed. The TVYFL Player Registration/Contract is auto filled in and should not be written on. The Medical Release Form will need to be filled out by a doctor. Both forms MUST be turned in to NSYFA board member or your team Coach prior to participating in the first practice. If your player has had a sports physical with in the last 2 years, that will cover and is current this 2017 football season, you can submit that with the completed forms. It would take the place of the signature on the Medical Release form, but you will still have to complete the rest of the form and turn it in.
    • At any time you can login to your Bonzi account and edit Player or Parent/Guardian information. Or pay off any balance on your account. Just go to our website and select member login at the top right of the home page.
